DXP – Neutrogena Migration to Headless CMS

Problem

Migrate Neutrogena's high-profile website to Contentful headless CMS as part of Kenvue's global digital experience program. Required migrating large volumes of content with accuracy, coordinating across global teams with complex dependencies, client calls, building and training a new development team from scratch, and ensuring brand compliance, SEO integrity, and scalable architecture.

What I owned

Led the end-to-end migration by recruiting and training a specialized development team. Developed standardized workflows for content migration, QA, and deployment. Provided hands-on guidance for Contentful implementation and frontend framework integration. Acted as the bridge between SJI and global Kenvue teams, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project. Conducted client calls to ensure the project is on track and to address any concerns.
