Enterprise DXP for a Global Skincare Brand

Problem

Migrate a high-profile global skincare website to Contentful headless CMS as part of an enterprise digital experience program. The work needed an accurate migration of a large content set, coordination across global teams, a development team hired and trained from scratch, and SEO held through the cutover.

What I owned

Led the migration by recruiting and training a development team. Set shared workflows for content migration, QA, and deployment. Gave hands-on guidance on Contentful and the frontend. Acted as the bridge between SJ Innovation and the client's global teams, including client calls to keep the work on track.
